I love muffins! What I don't love, is a muffin top. Behold.... the solution! These BBM are the bomb! Also, did I mention that they are only two ingredients, organic, & only take 12 minutes? Curious yet?

- 2 ripe organic bananas

- 4 cage free, free range, organic eggs (whew, that's a mouth full!)

Preheat oven to 220°. Mix together bananas & eggs. Spray muffin pan with organic coconut oil. Evenly disperse mix into muffin pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool & enjoy! 

(If you're feeling feisty, add organic raspberries to bottom of muffin pan before adding mix! Yum!)

Hello Spring... Is that you? Every year, right around this time, all I crave is the bitter sweetness of lemon! These L•P Bites are to die for, and their ease is even more drool worthy.

- 3 scoops vanilla plant protein powder

- 1/2 cup organic gf rolled oats

- 1 tbs organic poppy seeds

- 1 tsp freshly grated organic lemon zest

- 6 tbs organic freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 6 tbs filtered water

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Throughly mix together. Roll into 28 bite size balls. Refrigerate & enjoy before class!

In food processor, mix together avocado and hazelnut spread till smooth. In a mason jar, place half of chopped pistachios + cashews in bottom. Next, layer half of raspberries. Layer half of avocado/hazelnut spread, then half of coconut soft serve. Repeat layers. Serve & enjoy!
