Cook smarter, not harder. Words to live by my friends! This AMAZING Guiltless • Zuppa • Toscana will keep your waistline, timeline and gut in check! Easy to make, gut friendly and freaking BOMB.COM! Need I say more...?

 

- 1 jar EPIC organic bone broth or 16 oz organic bone broth

- 32 oz filtered water

- 1 organic red potato, cut into cubes

- vegan Italian sausage, sautéed 

- 1/2 organic red onion, chopped

- 1 cup frozen organic kale

- 1 tbs cayenne pepper

- salt to taste

 

In a small skillet, sauté vegan sausage till brown. In separate pot, combine bone broth, water, potato cubes and chopped onion Cook on medium-high for 20 minutes or till potatoes are soft. Reduce heat to low. Add vegan sausage, kale, cayenne pepper and salt to soup. Serve and enjoy! Makes up to 4 servings!
