Hello Spring... Is that you? Every year, right around this time, all I crave is the bitter sweetness of lemon! These L•P Bites are to die for, and their ease is even more drool worthy.
- 3 scoops vanilla plant protein powder
- 1/2 cup organic gf rolled oats
- 1 tbs organic poppy seeds
- 1 tsp freshly grated organic lemon zest
- 6 tbs organic freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 tbs filtered water
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Throughly mix together. Roll into 28 bite size balls. Refrigerate & enjoy before class!
