Growing up in Grand Junction I fell in love. My heart belongs in this city. My passion for creating a beautiful future for my loved ones and friends has always burned bright. Barre came into my life two years ago, and has stuck with me ever since the very first class. I opened barrelosophy in March of 2017, to help further along others and myself in this amazing practice. I love the mental and physical mountains I as well as my peers are able to work through and conquer. I have made the most amazing friendships I could ever ask for. Watching my barre buddies grow and strengthen their bodies and minds is by far the most rewarding part of being a barre instructor. Thank you for your love and support, we would not be here without YOU!

Hey guys!! I am a nutrition and fitness coach as well as a dental hygienist. I ABSOLUTELY love taking care of people and encouraging them to reach their goals and live their healthiest life. Barre found me a couple of years ago and I fell in love with the different styles and challenges that presented themselves throughout this amazing workout. Let’s just put it this way... when I am holding a position in a barre workout- it burns and can be challenging, HOWEVER- I do it for the release. If that doesn’t make sense- try it and you’ll see! I also love my family, animals (I am a crazy cat lady hehe), wine and am a big foodie! I love to stay busy and travel- and just seriously love working out! Can’t wait to meet you all!

Originally from the Front Range, in Denver, I moved to Grand Junction to start my own life. When I moved here I was 17 and wanted to start my college career. Four years later, I graduated at CMU with my Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. Since then I knew that I didn't want to leave this amazing town. While there were a lot of adjustments to make, I was determined to find my "people". Fitness has always been a core pillar in my life, so when I graduated I quickly started looking into group fitness classes and learned about barre. When I started barre I had no idea that it would lead me to a community of strong, healthy, and powerful women who empower me daily. I look up to them as my motivation and I know that they will always support me and I will always support them no matter what. Barre is more than just a workout class to me, it's become part of me as a person. I'm so excited to be leading and teaching the women who inspire me daily! Can't wait to see you in class!

My name is Dani! I'm a Colorado native and absolute mountain girl. My husband and I own a log home company in the area that allows us to enjoy the beauty of this colorful state. Barre found me a little over a year ago and I fell in love with it immediately. It totaly kicked my butt! Something about the way it kicked my butt was unmatched by any other type of workout I had ever tried. It has made me stronger and more lean. It has regulated my overall health and makes me feel amazing everyday. It has given me unbreakable connections with amazing women, but the absolute greatest thing that I love about barre is the emotional release and the mental confidence to push through when things get tough. Barre builds soul strength. Something I think we can all benefit from in this crazy world. I can't wait to share my passion with you in class!

Hey, my name is Cassy! I’m a Colorado native (what up Fruita!), a licensed Esthetician and a  local business owner. I am happily married and a dog mom of two adorable mutts.

I was introduced to barre for the first time at Barrelosophy at the end of 2021. I quickly became completely obsessed and started my certification at the beginning of 2022!

I like to teach with the same enthusiasm that allowed me to fall in love with these workouts, and I can't wait for you to love it too!

My name is Kylie. I'm a Claremont, California native and moved to Grand Junction in 2007 to attend Colorado Mesa University. After meeting my husband, we settled here in Grand Junction which has become home for us and our four kids. Barre found me a little over three years ago and I fell in love with it instantly. As a former college athlete I have completed physically and mentally hard workouts, but Barrelosophy is its own beast! And what a lovely beast she is! The union between physical and mental demands has not only made me stronger and more lean than I’ve ever been, but it has expanded my ability to withstand- withstand the hard, withstand the burn, withstand the desire to quit, and perhaps most important to me, to withstand the desire to stay in one’s comfort zone. It has given me the type of confidence and inner strength that I only wish to pay forward to others. Brittany has created a culture and a community of strong, resilient, and empowering women and friends. Join us!

Hi, Im Natalie! I am a first grade teacher and a mama to two young kiddos. I was born and raised in Palisade, Colorado. I grew up in a very active household and played college soccer. Exercise has always been a huge part of my life. When I came back to the valley after college I was looking for a workout class that was efficient, community based and FUN! I found barrelosophy in 2018 and have been hooked ever since. I love barre because it is a workout anyone and everyone can participate in. It's low impact, easily modified and intense! It is truly a workout that strengthens you both physically and mentally. I can't wait to see you in class!

Hi! My name is Brittany Ginn! Originally from Dallas, Texas, I moved to the Grand Junction Area in 2018.  My husband David and I settled into the village of Mesa where he grows lavender and other flowers and I work as a Real Estate Professional. We chose the Western Slope for its’ small town, big city charm and the beautiful scenery that continuously expels beauty with every changing season. During this strange transitional time, away from family and friends, Barrelosophy has been my refuge. Allowing me to gain confidence, community, and a type of self-love that I had yet to experience. Barre has become a life-style change for me, one in which women empower women consistently with grace and love and our common goal is to see each other be the best we possibly could be. Not only are you getting the physical challenge, but a mental one as well! We all embrace the challenge together and come out stronger on the other side. I can’t wait to see you in class!
