Service Description

Cardi Barre is a choreographed 30 minute cardio barre class. Think aerobics meets barre! We will do the same choreographed workout for a month. The more you attend this class, the easier and more fluid you will feel in this class. Although you will recognize a lot of the moves from our Mixed Barre Class, the feel of this 30 minute banger is extremely different. We will be working out to Custom Original Music for this class too! Please note that this class is for moderate to advanced skill level.
