Organic White Bean Chili Chicken

When I say that this soup is my favorite soup. I mean it! Literally, if you've been to my house for dinner over the past 3 months, you've definitely been served this soup! Not only is it fu**king delicious. You only have to chop 1 ingredient to make it! This oh-so satisfying, for the soul and the waist meal is super fast to make, cost effective and time efficient. This is my go-to dinner in a time pinch and it goes perfectly during these cooler months!

- 3 Cups Organic Chicken Bone Broth

- 1 lb Organic Chicken Thighs

- 2 Cans Organic Northern White Beans

- 4 Cans Organic Green Chilies

- 1 Organic Yellow Onion, diced

- 1 1/2 Cup Water

- Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper To Taste

Dice onion

Heat stovetop to medium/high. Combine all ingredients into large stovetop pan. Cover with lid

Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium or medium/low depending on stove

Cook for 45 minutes. Shred the chicken.

Continue cooking 15 minutes. May cook on low heat for longer to increase flavors.

Remove, let cool & enjoy!

I love adding a little bit of shredded Mexican style cheese, sour cream and cilantro!
