Pumpkin Walnut Brownies

Let me tell you about these here Pumpkin Walnut Brownies. If you love sweets and you are also really trying hard to be good. These bad boys will change your f*cking life! Gluten Free, Dairy Free & No Added Sugar. Um yes please! These were an instant favorite! They are a gooey, moist, dense and treat and I don't have to feel guilt about enjoying one.... or two


  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree

  • 1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1/3 Cup Almond Butter

  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts


Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an

8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: In medium mixing bowl combine eggs with maple syrup and whisk.

Step 3: Then add pumpkin puree, almond butter, and vanilla extract and whisk again till combined.

Step 4: Add cocoa powder and baking soda and stir till combined making sure everything is thoroughly incorporated.

Step 5: Fold in dark chocolate chips.

Step 6: Pour into lined baking pan and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Bake in preheated oven 22 -25 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 7: Allow to cool in pan before removing and slicing.
