INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1/3 Cup Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an
8 x 8 pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: In medium mixing bowl combine eggs with maple syrup and whisk.
Step 3: Then add pumpkin puree, almond butter, and vanilla extract and whisk again till combined.
Step 4: Add cocoa powder and baking soda and stir till combined making sure everything is thoroughly incorporated.
Step 5: Fold in dark chocolate chips.
Step 6: Pour into lined baking pan and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Bake in preheated oven 22 -25 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 7: Allow to cool in pan before removing and slicing.
