5 Ingredient Seed Crackers

I love to snack on stuff during the day and if I have chips or crackers in my house, I will devour them! These 5 ingredient crackers are yummy, satisfying and curb the hunger. I recommend adding Everything But The Bagel seasoning! OMG!!


  • 1 cup Flax Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds

  • 1/2 cup Hemp Hearts

  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds

  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

  • 1 cup Boiling Water


Step 1: Heat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2: Combine flax seed & 1 cup boiling water. Let sit till it has a semi thick but still runny consistency

Step 3: Add in seeds, nuts and salt (or EBB Seasoning!!)

Step 3: Brush baking sheet with 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Step 4: Pour mix onto baking sheet and fully cover sheet. Press mix down using a large spoon

Step 5: Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Step 6: Bake for 25 minutes. Then rotate sheet and bake for another 10-12 minutes. Till golden brown

Step 7: Enjoy!
