
Okay, I think I made that naughty but so freaking nice to your gut and waist brownie cookies! These babies are so easy to whip up and I didn't measure anything! If you're looking for a rich snack that you won't regret, give these a try!
INGREDIENTS
1 can Organic Black Beans
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup Dried Pitted Cherries
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350
Step 2: Rinse and strain black beans
Step 3: Combine black beans, peanut butter, honey and cocoa powder in a food processor. Blend till smooth.
Step 3: Fold in cherries and chocolate chips. I also included hazelnuts in mine.
Step 4: Scoop cookie size balls onto baking sheets. Flatten cookies
Step 5: Top cookies with a few extra chocolate chips, nuts and sea salt.
Step 6: Bake in oven for 7-8 minutes
Step 8: Remove and let cool for 15 minutes.
Step 9: Enjoy!
