These Chickpea Blondies are freaking incredible you guys! They are so freaking easy to make and thankfully, guilt free. I love these babies because they taste delicious and you basically throw EVERYTHING into a food processor then bake it. I mean, come on. It doesn't get much better than that!
1 can chickpeas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
crushed walnuts to top
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350˚ & line baking pan with parchment paper
Step: 2 Combine all ingredients minus chocolate chips into a food processor and combine
Step 3: Fold in chocolate chips
Step 4: Pour mix into baking pan 7 top with crushed walnuts to taste
Step 4: Bake for 22-24 minutes. Let cool & cut into brownie size.
Step 5: Enjoy!
