I'm back with yet again, another super simple, super delicious sweet treat. These easy bites have no added sugar and only 5 ingredients. Make them in bulk and store them in the freezer because you will want to have more!
INGREDIENTS
Pitted dates
Peanut butter (any nut butter)
1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark
1 tbs. Coconut oil
Crushed hazelnuts (any nut)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: If dates are not pitted. Slice down the middle and remove pit.
Step 2: Fill dates with peanut butter.
Step 3: Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in glass bowl. Microwave for 60-90 seconds. Stir in 30 second increments.
Step 4: Drizzle melted chocolate over dates.
Step 5: Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts and salt to taste.
Step 6: Freeze for 20 minutes. Then store in the fridge.
Step 7: Enjoy!
