Cold winter mornings call for something special, homemade Quiche will certainly do the trick! This easy and delish tart is perfect for your busy schedule while keeping you on track!
- 1 Gluten Free Pie Crust
- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 Organic Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Organic Yellow Onion, diced
- 6 Asparagus, diced
- 1 Can Organic Green Chilies, diced
Preheat oven to 375°
Place a medium sauce pan over medium heat with 3 tablespoons of water. Add diced veggies. Cook till water is steamed out
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs & heavy whipping cream. Add cheese
Combine veggies into egg mixture
Pour mixture into gluten free pie crust.
Place pie crust on baking sheet. Place in oven. Cook for 45 minutes
Remove quiche. Let cool & enjoy!
