Quick Chia Pudding Antioxidant Bowl


Okay, I've been reading about chia seeds and let me tell you, you guys. These little seeds of life are freaking incredible for you! They are FILLED with potassium, antioxidants, fiber, calcium, omega-3, iron, protein & magnesium!! WTF why didn't I known more about these babies?

This Quick Chia Pudding Antioxidant Bowl is delicious and it doesn't have to sit overnight. It is super satisfying and extra tasty!



INGREDIENTS

  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup milk alternative

  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries

  • coconut flakes to taste

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  • crushed walnuts to taste

  • dash of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS


Step 1: Combine chia seeds and milk alternative. Mix and place in fridge for 10-12 minutes


Step 2: Remove from fridge and stir chia seed pudding. Add a bit more milk if needed


Step 3: Assemble toppings


Step 4: Enjoy!
